Our IPEO business was founded in 2001 with the purpose of providing companies with a means of expanding internationally without creating the need to register locally – either for payroll, as a branch, or by setting up a local subsidiary.
Our group was founded by Tim Andrews. Prior to this Tim was an experienced international tax partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Coopers & Lybrand working in both The Thames Valley, UK and Silicon Valley, USA. He is the President and CEO of the group and takes a hands on approach to the success of the group.
The group is based in Carmel Valley California and in Gloucestershire in the UK.
